Telephone Consultations

Judy Crane's consultations are by telephone. This enables her to advise people from all over the country. Telephone consultations eliminate many of the inconveniences of in-person appointments. There is no sitting in traffic or waiting rooms, and complete privacy is guaranteed. Patients simply select a convenient time, schedule their appointment, and make the call from the comfort of their home, office, or even while traveling.

Ms. Crane is often asked how she can treat people without seeing them. She is one of only a few U.S. homeopathic consultants who conduct telephone consultations. She began developing her personal techniques when a patient in New York missed a scheduled trip and was unable to see Ms. Crane in person. She conducted the case over the phone and it proved so successful it brought her referrals. Now it is her preferred way to work.

Once a consultation is underway, Ms. Crane may request photos or, in the case of young children and animals, a video. She works hard to connect with her patients at their place of health, to listen through their symptoms. She also feels that while the ability to prescribe accurately is crucial, even more important is the ability to provide proper case management. The best remedy in the world is worthless unless a patient's case is managed effectively throughout the course of treatment.
